Supershot offers a variety of delivery options, transporting anything from envelopes to dozens of pallets. Delivery options include, but are not limited to on demand, distribution, fleet replacement, and prescheduled routing. See our Services page for a full list of options. In addition to deliveries Supershot also offers warehouse storage.
Since its inception in 1988, Supershot has been driven to meet customer needs first and foremost. Whether delivering critical medical equipment products to Dallas, Austin, and Baton Rouge or finishing all scheduled routes on time, Customer Care is Supershot’s number one priority. To accomplish this task, Supershot keeps a compliment of full time staff to answer phones and take orders while reserving the ability to bring in additional part time staff when needed. Supershot’s dispatch team employs GPS tracking software, direct connect communications, and customer shipment databases to thwart any problems that may arise.
Supershot’s experience is unparalleled because we retain our staff, dispatchers, drivers, managers and executives over many years. Most all of our staff have been with us since Supershot was founded and continues to add value to the company every day. New employees are required to have backgrounds in delivery, distribution, and logistics; bringing in new ideas and additional work ethic.
Supershot is one of the most motivated companies in our field; willing to adapt to any type of customer service needs. Our sales force routinely visits customers to make sure everything is going according to schedule. Additional drivers and trucks are brought in to aid in distribution services and deliveries.
